Charlie T. Savage (she/her) is a Navy Veteran, New Orleans native and Founder of Charlie Bit Me Joints, where she passionately creates and develops thrilling and hilarious content shining a spotlight on the Black female experience. ​
Charlie T. Savage is a dynamic creative, member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and dedicated advocate for diverse storytelling. Actively engaged with the California Film Commission’s Soundstage program, she supports the growth of film, TV, and commercial production across California, helping to keep filmmakers connected and inspired.

Charlie's dedication extends to her community through her involvement in the NAACP Carson, CA chapter and Veterans in Media & Entertainment. Recently, she served as executive producer on Glory Obscured and All Things Considered: The Play, associate producer for Mya's House, and took on the roles of creator and producer for the audio thriller The Night I Almost Died.

As a former fellow of Collective 5 Entertainment’s Showrunner's Mentorship Academy, Charlie has contributed greatly to promoting diversity within the entertainment industry. Her achievements also include participating as a former Writer’s Guild Foundation Veterans Project fellow and finalist in the Prince William Little Theatre’s Original Works Festival, along with being recognized as a Top 10 Finalist in Ms. Veteran America, where her efforts contributed to providing safe housing for homeless women veterans and their children.

With a postgraduate degree in Management and an undergrad foundation in Journalism and Mass Communications, Charlie combines creative insight with intellectual rigor. She is a devoted mother residing in Inglewood, CA.
